Whereas the petitioner has presented this Contempt case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, through his counsel Smt. P Vijaya Kumari praying the High Court to punish the Contemnors/respondents herein, for their intentional, deliberate, willful violation and disobedience of the orders dated 29.03.2023 passed by the High Court in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in W.P. No.7815 of 2023, in the interest of justice.

^/hereas the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon lperusing the affidavit filed therein, and upon hearing the arguments of Smt. P Vijaya Kumari Advocate for the petitioner, directed iSSuanCe of notice before admission to the respondents returnable in four weeks herein, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
