WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under sections 10 to 12 of the contempt of courts Act 1971, above case through his counsel M/s G.Raju, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for willful and deliberate disobedience of the orders in W.P.No.11777 of2019, dated 26.02.2020;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as {o admI'SS,-On On this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of M/s G.Raju, Advocate for the petitioner, directed issuance of Notice to the respondent No.3, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.

THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER:

The above contempt case is filed complaining violation of order dated 26.02.2020 in W.P.No.11777 of 2019.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the lSt respondent-sri shashi Bhushan Kumar is transferred and I-n his place, new incumbent sri Mukesh Kumar Meena, lAS, is now discharging, duties.

Since there is change I-n the Officer holding the posts, this court is inclined to st,a-mofu implead the new incumbent, as 3rd respondent.

Accordingly, SrI- Mukesh Kumar Meena, IAS, Principal Secretary,, General Administration, A.P. Secretariat, velagapudi, Amaravati is impleaded as 3rd respondent in the contempt case.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
