The Court made the following: ORDER

The above contempt case is filed complaining violation of order dated 26.02.2020 in W.P.No.11777 of 2019.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 1st respondent-Sri Shashi Bhushan Kumar is transferred and in his place, new incumbent Sri Mukesh Kumar Meena, IAS, is now discharging duties.

Since there is change in the officer holding the posts, this Court is inclined to suo-motu implead the new incumbent, as 3rd respondent.

Accordingly, Sri Mukesh Kumar Meena, IAS, Principal Secretary, General Administration, A.P. Secretariat, Velagapudi, Amaravati is impleaded as 3rd respondent in the contempt case.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.

Notice to 3rd respondent.

List the matter after Summer Vacation, 2025.
