Petition under Section 151 CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay the recovery of demand, interest and penalty confirmed vide impugned Assessment Order No.RC.No.B2/B&OC/893-3/2016 dated 25.01.2024 passed by the 1st Respondent, pending disposal of WP No.14812 of 2024, on the file of the High Court.
