WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through it's Advocate Sri Y Sreenivasa Reddy, presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in nature of a writ of mandamus and set aside the impugned Assessment Order no. RC.No.B2/B&OC/893-3/2016 dated 25.01.2024 passed by the 1<sup>st</sup> Respondent as being illegal, passed without authority of law,

violative of the principles of natural justice, violative of Articles 14 and 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and violative of provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Y Sreenivasa Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of GP for Labour Department for Respondents, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
