WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, above case through her counsel Smt P.Vijaya Kumari, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for their intentional, deliberate, willful violation and disobedience of the orders in W.P.No.1903O of2022, dated 23.12.2022;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Smt P.Vijaya Kumari, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice to the respondents, returnable on or before 15.06.2023, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
