Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the submissions and for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this application, there shall be interim stay of execution of Decree passed in M.V.O.P.No.06 of 2019, dated 19.01.2024 on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-Cum-II Additional District Court(MACT), Amalapuram, subject to condition that the appellant deposit 50% of the awarded amount along with proportionate costs and interests to the credit of the above O.P. within a period of eight (08) weeks from today.
