		Heard the learned Government Pleader for Roads and
		Buildings appearing for the appellants.
		Issue notice to the respondents.
		The learned Government Pleader submits that the learned
		single Judge has directed the appellants to clear the bills
		submitted by the writ petitioner and release payments within
		four weeks from the date of the order with interest at 12%
		p.a.<br>He would submit that after passing of the impugned
		order, the principal amount has been released in favour of the
		writ petitioner.
		In<br>view<br>of<br>the<br>submission<br>made<br>by<br>the<br>learned
		Government Pleader that principal amount has already been
		paid, the order of the learned single Judge regarding payment
		of interest at the rate of 12% p.a., on the principal amount
		shall remain suspended till the next date of hearing.
		Post this case along with W.A.No.461 of 2022.
