		These appeals arises out of an order
		passed by the A.P.Endowments Tribunal at
		Hyderabad.
		On<br>31.10.2023,<br>this<br>Court<br>at<br>the
		instance<br>of<br>the<br>learned<br>counsel
		representing the petitioner adjourned the
		case<br>to<br>30.11.2023<br>indicating<br>that<br>the
		paper book with pleadings, copy of exhibits
		marked in evidence and depositions filed
		before the Tribunal would be filed by the
		next date.<br>The case was again listed to
		20.12.2023 and at the request of learned
		counsel or the appellants, the batch of
		cases were adjourned to 22.01.2024.
		However,<br>today<br>there<br>was<br>no
		representation for the appellants as well as
		respondents in the forenoon and in the
		afternoon.
