On 18.05.2017, this Court had stayed the impugned order subject to the petitioner depositing 50% of the amount due to the respondent Bank within ten days.
On enquiring learned counsel for the petitioner appearing before us, it is stated that he has no information in that regard.
In all probabilities, the amounts so ordered not have been paid.
In our opinion, the matter appears to have been rendered infructuous.
This petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court again if any cause survives. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
