Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of wit of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondent No.1 in trying to disposes the petitioner from the land extent Ac. 0.94 cents in Sy.No.49/1C of Ramachandrunipeta Village, Hanumanchipalle Mandal, Krishna District without following due process of law and without initiating the proceedings under the Land Acquisition Act and without identifying the ownership of the land by conducting survey as arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the respondent No.1 not to disposes the petitioner from the agriculture land extent Ac. 0.94 cents in Sy No. 49/1C of Ramachandrunipeta Village, Hanumanchipalle Mandal, Krishna District without following due process of law and without initiating the proceedings under the Land Acquisition Act for purpose of distributing the house site pattas under Navarathnalu scheme in the interest of justice. Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 not to disposes the petitioner from the agriculture land extent Ac. 0.94 cents in Sy.No.49/1C of Ramachandrunipeta Village, Hanumanchipalle Mandal, Krishna District without following due process of law and without initiating the proceedings under the Land Acquisition Act for purpose of distributing the house site pattas under Navarathnalu scheme, pending disposal of WP No.13921 of 2020 on the file of the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and Order of the High Court dated 14-08-2020 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Asst. G.P. for Revenue for the Respondents, the Court made the following

"At the request of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, list the matter on 31.08.2020.
