WHEREAS the Petitioners above named through their Advocate Sri Solomon Raju Manchala for (APSRTC) presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF Certiorari declaring the Award in lD No. 23 of 2016 dated 01.06.2022 on the file of the Industrial Tribunal Gum Labour Court, Ananthapuramu, notified by GO Rt.No. 224 dateld 06.07.2022, as illegal, irregular, irrational, without application of mind, violative of principles of natural justice and , Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and set aside the same and consequently suspend the award in ID No.23 of 2016 dated 01.06.2022 on the file of the Industrial Tribunal Gum Labour Court, Ananthapuramu.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Solomon Raju Manchala for (APSRTC) Advocate for the Petitioners and of GP for Labour for Respondent No.2, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
