WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through her Advocate SRI G SAI NARAYANA RAO presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the Nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent authorities in not considering the Petitioner's Objection dated 04.03.2022 in Rc.No.APVVP-12028/1/2022- Medical, with regard to the Respondent No.4 submitting a fake disability certificate issued by her husband the Respondent No.5, and appointing the 4^th Respondent under the Notification No.2/2021, dated 21.11.2021 vide Proc in Rc.No.APVVP-12028/1/2022-MEDICAL, dated 21.03.2022, thereby denying the Petitioner who is a physically disabled person to the post of Dental Assistant Surgeon (OC, OH) as highly arbitrary, illegal, violative of the Principles of Natural Justice and violative of the Fundamental Rights under Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and to consequently set aside the appointment of the Respondent vide Proc in Rc.No.APWP-12028/1/2022-MEDICAL, dated 21.03.2022 and appoint the Petitioner in her place.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G SAI NARAYANA RAO Advocate for the Petitioner, and of GP FOR SERVICES I, for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3, directed issue of notice to the Respondent Nos.4 & 5, herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
