WHEREAS the Petitioner/Accused above named through his Advocate M/s KALLA TULASI DURGAMBA presented this Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to QUASH the proceedings in C.C.No.137 of 2023 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Alur, Kurnool District against the Petitioner/A-32

Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to STAY all further proceedings including the personal appearance of the Petitioner/A-32 in C.C.No.137 of 2023 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Alur, Kurnool District, pending disposal of CRLP No. 3169 of 2024, on the file of the High Court.

Issue notice to respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to take out personal notice on respondent No.2 by registered post with acknowledgment due and file proof of service before the Registry within a period of three (3) weeks.

In the meanwhile, the presence of the petitioner herein/A-32 only before the trial Court is dispensed with, except on those dates when the learned Magistrate feels that his presence is necessary.
