Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or Order or Direction more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the representation dated 19-07-2023 of the petitioner and the recommendation dated 18-08-2023 made by the 5th respondent in regularizing the services of the petitioner as 5th grant in aid Secondary Grade Teacher post in Azad Memorial Grant in Aid Elementary School, Markapur as illegal, arbitrary and against to Memo NO.ESE02- 17/544/2020-PS1-CSE dated 29-06-2021 and G.O.Ms.No.37 dated 14-06*c²⁰²¹ and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner into 5th grant in aid Secondary Grade Teacher post in Azad Memorial Grant in Aid Elementary School, Markapur, and release salary of aided post.
