WHEREAS the PetitI'Oner has Presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, above case through its counsel sri D.Subbaramaiah, Praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for their willful and deliberate disobedience in implementing the orders in W.P.No.18918 of2021, dated 10.12.2021;,~

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to adml'ssion on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri D.Subbaramaiah, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
