WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through her Advocate Smt KOPPARTHI SUMATHI presented this Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in memorandum of grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to exercise its inherent jurisdiction under section 482 Cr.P.C., and quash the F.I.R. in Cr.No.81/2022, dated 16-03-2022 on the file of Chinna Bazar Police Station, SPSR Nellore District registered based in the complaint for the offence punishable under Section 307 IPC, so far as the petitioner is concerned.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Smt Kopparthi Sumathi, Advocate for the Petitioner and Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.1, directed issue of notice to the Respondent No.2 herein to show cause as to why this CRIMINAL PETITION should not be admitted.
