WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri Siva Nagarjuna Sidhadapu presented this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, aggrieved by the order dt. 24-01-2022 in I.A.No.922/2019 in O.S.No.26/2014 on the file of the X Addl.
