Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 16.11.2018 in OA No. 1245/2016 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad and quash the same as an error apparent on the face of the record leading to miscarriage of justice;

IA NO: 1 OF 2019:

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of the order in OA No. 1245/2016 dated 16.11.2018 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad, pending disposal of the WP No. 9843 of 2019, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court order dated 25-07-2019 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Harinath.N (Asst Solicitor General) Advocate for the Petitioners and Sri Venka Reddy Pallapolu, Advocate for the Respondents, the Court made the following.

ORDER:

"(taken up through video conferencing)

Learned Assistant Solicitor General appears on behalf of the petitioners.

Sri P.Venkata Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent, is not available at the video conferencing.

Let counter-affidavit be filed by the respondent within eight weeks.

List after eight weeks.

Till then, interim order, passed earlier, shall remain in operation."
