Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the order of the 4<sup>th</sup> respondent dated 30.01.2025 vide Rc.(M).213/2025 by suspended the authorization of F.P.Shop No. 1323015 of Arekal Village, Adoni Mandal, Kurnool District as illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural Justice and violation of articles 14, 19(1)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequentially set aside the above orders passed by the respondents 3 and 4 and consequently direct the respondents to permit the Petitioner to run the F.P.

The Court made the following ORDER: \
The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India
seeking the following relief:
"...to issue order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the order of the 4'^' respondent dated 30.01.2025 vide Rc.(M). 213/2025 by suspended the authorization of F.P.Shop No. 1323015 of Arekal Village, Adoni Mandal, Kurnool District as illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural Justice and violation of articles 14, 19(1)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequentially set aside the above orders passed by the respondents 3 and 4 and consequently direct the respondents to permit the Petitioner to run the F.P.Shop No. 1323015 of the Arekal Village, Adoni Mandal, Kurnool District by supplying essential commodities and pass..."
During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits $2.$ that against the impugned proceedings, dated 30.01.2025, the petitioner has preferred an Appeal before the $3<sup>rd</sup>$ respondent on 08.03.2025 and the same is pending for consideration and prayed to dispose the same.
Having considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the $3.$ petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the $3<sup>rd</sup>$ respondent is directed to dispose of the Appeal, dated 08.03.2025, by giving ample opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the respondents shall supply the essential commodities to the petitioner's fair price shop.
With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as $4.$ to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
