Challenging the order dated 14.07.2020 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board, in exercise of the power under Section 33(A) of Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Amendment Act, 1988 and Section 31(A) of Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Amendment Act, 1987, by which direction was issued to the petitioner to stop production activities, this writ petition has been filed. During the course of hearing, it is urged that, in respect of the same subject matter, W.P.No.12317 of 2020 has been allowed by a coordinate bench of this Court, by order dated 27.07.2020, by imposing certain conditions. The same is conceded by the counsel for the respondents and it is stated that this writ petition may be disposed of in the same terms as decided by the coordinate bench in W.P.No.12317 of 2020.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 27.07.2020 passed in W.P.No.12317 of 2020 and the directions issued therein would apply mutatis mutandis to this writ petition also. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
