Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the respondents in cancellation of Transfer order No.962/A4/2013 Dt.07.01.2014 through Proceeding Dt.02.06.2021 based on the letter No.4144/2021/MLA/KNG Dt.28.05.2021 given by Member of Legislative Assembly, Kanigiri, consequently sending the petitioner who is working as Anganwadi Worker from 8th ward Kanigiri, (Code No.0805205), Kanigiri Mandal, Prakasam District to Gopavarapu Palli, (Code No.0805115), P.C.Palli Mandal, Prakasam District, without any notice is arbitrary, illegal, violation of violation of Principles of natural Justice and fundamental rights guaranteed under Art.14, 16, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India consequently set aside Proceeding No.37/A/2021 Dt.02.06.2021 and direct the respondents to permit the petitioner continue as Anganwadi Worker at 8th ward Kanigiri, (Code No.0805205), Kanigiri Mandal, Prakasam District.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to Suspend the Proceeding No.37/A/2021 Dt.02.06.2021 issued by the respondents to cancel transfer order Circular No.962/A4/2013 Dt.07.01.2014, pending disposal of WP 11398 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Thandava Yogesh, Advocate for the Petitioner, GP for Women Development & Child Welfare for the Respondents, the Court made the following. ORDER

"At the request of learned counsel for the Respondent, list on 06.07.2021.

In the meanwhile, no steps should be taken to compel the Petitioner to report at the new place of Posting."
