Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay the all further proceedings of in E.P.No. 64 of 2017 in O.S.No. 446 of 2016 on the file of 1^st Addl. Junior Civil Judge, Tirupathi, Chittoor District, pending disposal of CRP No. 819 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondent herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case). ORDER:

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made, there shall be interim stay of all further proceedings in E.P.No.64 of 2017 in O.S.No.446 of 2016 on the file of the Court of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tirupathi, Chittor District, on a condition of petitioner depositing 1/3rd of decretal amount including costs and interest, within a period of six (6) weeks."
