Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati and set-aside the same and dismiss the E.P.NO 64 of 2017 in OS.NO 446 of 2016 on the file of I Addl. Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G Sudheer, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondent herein to show cause as to why this CIVIL REVISION PETITION should not be admitted. You viz:
