WRIT PETITION No.11625 OF 2022

ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice A.V.Sesha Sai)

Heard Sri Anjaneyulu Yadanaboyina, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri G.Vijaya Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for Dr.N.T.R.University of Health Sciences/2nd respondent and learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health appearing for the 1st respondent.

  1. When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.3387 of 2022 dated 10.02.2022 and a copy of the said order is placed on record along with the Writ Petition.

  2. Following the said order and for the reasons recorded therein, the Writ Petition is disposed of, allowing the petitioner to submit the application along with original certificates, by paying all the requisite charge, before the respondent No.2, within a period of one week from today. On such application being submitted and requisite charges being paid, the respondent No.2 shall consider the petitioner's case in accordance with law in the ensuing counselling process. There shall be no order as to costs of the Writ Petition.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
