Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to Attachment/Sale Notices dated 25.05.2021 and 10.06.2021 issued by Respondent No. 2, pending disposal of WP 11463 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and order of the High Court dated 22.06.2021, 03.08.2021, 14.09.2021, 02-11-2021 & 18-11-2021 made in WP No.11463 of 2021 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Dammalapati Srinivas, learned Senior Counsel for Sri K. Siddharth Rao Advocate for the Petitioner, Sri N. Harinath, Asst. Solicitor General for Respondent Nos.1 & 2 and of GP for Revenue for Respondent Nos.3 to 5, the Court made the following.

ORDER

The present application came to be filed by way of Lunch Motion seeking extension of interim orders.

Heard Sri Dammalapati Srinivas, learned Senior Counsel for Sri K. Siddhartha Rao, learned counsl for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent No.4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, interim order granted earlier, which is expiring today, is extended for a period of six (06) weeks from today.
