In view of the withdrawal letter dated 26.04.2024 submitted to this Court duly signed by the petitioner and his counsel, the Election Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of dismissal of E.P.No.13 of 2019, consequently, the Election Commission of India is permitted to take the EVMs, as no Election Petition is pending. Thereby, no separate orders are required for release of EVMs.
