WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through its Advocate SRI BETHI VENKATESWARLU presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents more particular respondent No.3 in addressing a letter vide Rc.D3/219/2020. dated 18-05-2021 to the respondent No.2 along with proposals list of (72) MeeSeva/Aadhar centers containing with (44) fake Aadhar operators names relating to respondents No.6 submitted by the respondent No..7. against the existing (28) MeeSeva' Aadhar Centers of the respondent No.6 sanctioned in the year 2014 by the respondent No,4, for approval for shifting of Aadhar(PEC) centers from private premises to the government premises and not considering the petitioner's representation dated 02-01-2021 to till this date, as highly illegal, bad, arbitrary and violation of articles of the constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents more particularly the respondents No.2 and 3, to reject the proposal list of (72) MeeSeva/Aadhar centers containing with (44) fake Aadhar operators names submitted by the respondents No.6 and 7 forthwith

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri BETHI VENKATESWARLU Advocate for the Petitioner, and of GP FOR PANCHAYAT RAJ for respondents 1 to 4 directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents more particularly the respondents No.2 and 3, not to consider the proposals list of (72) MeeSeva/Aadhar centers containing with (44) fake Aadhar operators names relating to respondents No.6 submitted by the respondent No.7 forthwith, pending disposal of WP No.11387 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

ORDER:

"Notice before admission.

Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

On instructions, he has submitted that the proposals of the Joint Collector, dated 18.05.2021 were returned for verification.

In view of the above submission, the respondents are directed not to take any further action, pursuant to the notice of the Joint Collector dated 18.05.2021.

Post after three (03) weeks for filing counter.

Registry is directed to delete the name of Sri J.Sarath Chandra, standing counsel and print the name of Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, for respondents."
