Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of mandamus Declaring the impugned order proceedings No. 106/2020/AHUDA, dated 14.03.2022 passed by the 3<sup>rd</sup> respondent is as illegal, arbitrary, Violation of principle of natural justice and violative of article 14,21, and 300-A of Constitution of India and contrary to the AP Metropolitan region and Urban development authorities Act,2016 and consequently set aside the same.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not to demolish the existing structures in SY No. 52 in Somandapalli village in an extent of 572.48 Sq.mts by suspending the impugned orders no. 106/2020/AHUDA, dated 14.03.2022 passed by the 3rd respondent, pending disposal of WP No. 11591 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier Order of the High Court dated 22.04.2022 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI R.
