WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented this Contempt Case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, through his counsel Sri V.V.S.S.SRIKANTH G, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for their willfully deliberately and intentionally disobeying of the order in W.P.No.29386 of 2021 dated 15.02.2022;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V.V.S.S.Srikanth G, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice to the respondents, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
