WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through its Advocate SRI DANDUGULA SATYA SIVA DARSHAN presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any order, direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus

A. Declare the inactions of the Respondents No. 3 to 5 to protect and preserve the law and order and public order in and around the site of the Petitioner firm thereby failing to facilitate smooth construction and operation of the Medical Waste Treatment Facility despite the existence of clear directions issued by the Respondent No.2 is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the Respondents No. 3 to 5 to immediately take all necessary measures including police protection to facilitate smooth construction and operation of the Medical Waste Treatment Facility,

B. Declare the actions of the Respondent No.2 in failing to ensure that his directions to the Respondent police officers to resolve all the problems of the Petitioner firm are implemented, as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the Respondent No. 2 to ensure that all the problems of the Petitioner firm arising in connection with the construction of the Medical Waste Treatment Facility are resolved at the earliest in accordance with law,

C. Pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri DANDUGULA SATYA SIVA DARSHAN Advocate for the Petitioner, and GP FOR REVENUE for Respondents 2 and 7, GP FOR HOME for Respondents 1, 3 to 5 directed issue of notice to the $6<sup>th</sup>$ respondent herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted. You viz:

are directed to show cause either appearing in person or through an Advocate, as to why in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed therewith (copy enclosed) this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted, within two weeks
