Petition under Section 151 of CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the order dated 27.02.2020 passed in W.P.No. 22350 of 2012, pending disposal of W.A.No.433 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

Considering the matter in its entirety, we suspend the impugned order insofar as it relates to continuity of service and other attendant benefits, till disposal of the writ appeal.

The writ petitioner shall be reinstated in service within a period of two weeks from today.
