		This is an application for condonation of delay of 440 days in
		preferring W.A.No.433 of 2021, which is preferred against the
		order dated 27.02.2020 passed in W.P.No.22350 of 2012.
		Perused the averments made in para 5 of the application.
		It is noticed that there are certain blanks in the said
		paragraph and the number of days delay is also not indicated.
		Taking an overall view of the matter and having regard to
		the fact that COVID-19 intervened in the interregnum, the delay
		is condoned.
		I.A. stands disposed of.
		List the appeal for consideration after ten days.
