CRIMINAL PETITION Nos. 3477, 3480 and 3482 of 2021

COMMON ORDER:-

These Criminal Petitions under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") are filed seeking quash of F.I.Rs registered against the petitioners in Crime No.98 of 2021 of Bangarupalem Police Station, Chittoor District; Crime No.127 of 2021 of Atchampet Police Station, Guntur District; and Crime No.61 of 2021 of Vinukonda Town Police Station, Guntur District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that these are covered matters in view of the earlier orders passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.5421 of 2019 and batch, whereunder the cases registered for the similar offences based on identical facts were quashed and thereby prayed to quash the F.I.Rs registered against the petitioners herein also, as they are similarly placed.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor also fairly concedes that these are covered matters in view of the above earlier orders of this Court and thereby prayed to pass appropriate orders in these Criminal Petitions also.

Therefore, in view of the aforesaid earlier orders of this Court and for the reasons stated therein, these Criminal Petitions are allowed and the above F.I.Rs registered against the petitioners are hereby quashed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the Criminal Petitions, shall stand closed.
