| submitted<br>that<br>there<br>is<br>a<br>serious<br>threat<br>of | |||
| dispossession and prayed to protect the interest | |||
| of the petitioner by granting interim order. | |||
| Though sufficient time of two months was | |||
| granted, the written instructions are not placed on | |||
