THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHEEKATI MANAVENDRANATH ROY
CRIMINAL PETITION Nos. 3239, 3240, 3241 AND 3243 of 2021
COMMON ORDER:-
These Criminal Petitions under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") are filed seeking quash of F.I.Rs registered against the petitioners in Crime No.78 of 2021 of Tada Police Station, SPSR Nellore District; Crime No.109 of 2021 of Gangavaram Police Station, Chittoor District; Crime No.188 of 2021 of Ponnur Town Police Station, Guntur District and Crime No.163 of 2021 of Ponnur Rural Police Station, Guntur District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that these are covered matters in view of the earlier orders passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.5103 of 2019 and batch and thereby prayed to quash the F.I.Rs registered against these petitioners also, who are similarly placed.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor also fairly concedes that these are covered matters in view of the aforesaid earlier orders of this Court and thereby prayed to pass appropriate orders accordingly in these Criminal Petitions also.

Therefore, in view of the aforesaid earlier orders of this Court and for the reasons stated therein, these Criminal Petitions are allowed and the aforesaid F.I.Rs registered against the petitioners are hereby quashed.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the Criminal Petitions, shall stand closed.
