The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri NAGA PRAVEEN VANKAYALAPATI Advocate for the Petitioner and of GP FOR COOPERATION for the Respondent Nos.1 & 2, the Court made the following

ORDER:

"Heard Sri V. Naga Praveen, Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri Mahidhar Reddy, Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

  1. Respondents may file Counter Affidavit in two weeks.

  2. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner is directed to take out Personal Notice in respect of Respondent Nos.3 to 7 within one week from today and file proof of receipt of Notice within a week thereafter.

  3. In the meantime, the Competent Authority is directed to consider the Representation/Legal Notice issued by the Writ Petitioner dated 27.10.2022 and pass a Speaking Order within four weeks from the date of supply of the Order copy and furnish copy of such Order to the Writ Petitioner and also place a copy on the file of this Court immediately thereafter.

  4. The Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of this Order along with photocopy of the Representation/Legal Notice dated 27.10.2022 to the Competent Authority within one week from today.

  5. List the matter on 14.06.2023."
