Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue orders more particularly a Writ or order or direction one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the notification No.AHUU/Estt.TS / Teaching Assistant /Advt./2019 Dated 18.06.2019 issued to fill the teaching posts temporarily with the nomenclature of Teaching Assistants as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently set aside the said notification dated 18.06.19, after making it clear that the petitioners are to be continued in the post which they are working till the recruitment is done to fill the teaching posts on permanent basis. $\sim$

IA NO: 1 OF 2019:

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent 3 to continue the petitioners in the posts in which they are working since their initial appointment while suspending the operation of the notification dated 18.06.2019, pending disposal of WP No. 8258 of 2019 on the file of the High Court. $\sim$

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein and the orders of the High Court dated 11-07-2019, 01-08-2019 & 19-08-2019 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K.S.Murthy, Advocate for the Petitioners and of G.P. for Higher Education for the Respondents 1 & 2, the Court made the following
