WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971 r/w Article 215 of the Constitution of India, above case through his counsel M/s Narra Srinivasa Rao, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for utter disobedience and disregard shown to the orders in W.P.No.1968 of 2024, dated 16.02.2024;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of M/s Narra Srinivasa Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice to the respondents, returnable in four (4) weeks, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
