On 20.12.2024, this Court directed the Registry to issue notice to the petitioner. Pursuant to the said directions, the notice was served on the petitioner and the acknowledgment was received on 09.01.2025 by the Registry. However, there was no representation for the petitioner on 24.01.2025.

2. In order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter has been posted today i.e., 30.01.2025 under the caption "For dismissal" by

depicting the name of the petitioner in the Causelist. Despite the same, there IS no appearance.

From the above, it appears that the petitioner is not evincing any interest to prosecute the case. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any shall stand closed.
