The respondents have filed the additional
material papers to show the details of the
payment of salaries and the copies of income and
expenditure of Devasthanam. These papers run
into 189 pages. The direction to the respondents
was to produce a statement of account setting
out the amounts payable to the Archakas for the
period 1996-2016. The same is to place before
this Court by way of a statement setting out the
overall figures for each financial year. The details
that will be set out in these statement are
follows:-
1. Income of the temple for each year along
with the expenditure incurred by the
temple for each year.
2. The statements of how much salary have
been paid to the Archakas for every year.
3. The respondents shall also produce the
statement of the income and expenditure
submitted by the devesthanam to the
Endowments Department for the<br>year
1996-2016.
