		Sri M. Vidyasagar, learned counsel for the
		petitioner submits that the 2nd respondent has been
		unwilling to handover the land and was refusing to
		record any proceedings regarding handing over of
		the land to the petitioner due to which the petitioner
		was unable to get the benefits of the land.
		Sri G.Ramana Rao, learned Standing Counsel
		appearing for the 2nd<br>respondent<br>submits that the
		nd respondent is ready and willing to handover the<br>2
		land to the petitioner.
		To obviate any further dispute in this regard,
		the 2nd respondent shall handover Ac.19.1/2 of land
		to the petitioner by 19.10.2022 and the same shall
		be recorded by way of a panchanama along with a
		plan and boundaries showing the land handed over
		to the petitioner. This exercise shall be conducted
		from 11 a.m., in the morning on 19.10.2022.
		The petitioner, who is personally present in
		this Court, agrees to be available at the land at 11
		a.m., on 19.10.2022.

	shall also be entitled to any objections while signing
