WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of courts Act 1971, above case through his counsel M/s Ravula Nagarjuna, praying the High Court to punish the Respondents for willfully disobeying the orders in w.p.No.26333 of 2023 dated 17.10.2023;
