Whereas the Applicant above named through its Advocate Sri P. Badrinath, preferred the above Application under Sub-Secs. $(5 & 6)$ of Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 read with Para $(3)(i)(c)$ of Scheme of appointment f Arbitrators, 2006, praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therein the High Court may be pleased to appoint an arbitrator to regarding settlement of the account outstanding Rs.4,26,58,300.00 (Rupees Four Crores Twenty Six Las Fifty Eight Thousand and Three Hundred Only) together with interest @24 p.a.

And whereas the High Court upon perusing the Application and the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Dr. P.B. Vijaya Kumar, learned Senior Counsel for Smt. A.V.S. Laxmi, Advocate for the Applicant, directed issue of notice to the respondent.

Therefore you namely; Smt. Veerapaneni Padmaja, W/o. Sri V. Sivara Prasad, Proprietor, Raatnalamma Dairy, R/o .D.No.3-31, Penamakuru Post, Thotlavallur Mandal, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh.

are directed to show cause either appearing in person or by Advocate on 19-11-2021, to which date the application stands posted, as to why in the circumstances set out in the affidavit filed therewith (copy enclosed), this Arbitration Application should not be admitted.
