Udaya Kumar, presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents No. 2, 4 to 6 in not considering the Petitioner's Representations dt. 04.10.2021, 14.07.2022 and 18.07.2022 to protect the lands of Gangamma Temple (Village Godess) and "Vagu" a water body in Sy.No. 262 to an extent of Ac. 1.14 cents and in Sy.No. 263 to an extent of Ac. 0.76 cents totaling an extent of Ac. 1.84 cents situate in A Rangampet, Chandragiri Mandal, Tirupati District is illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural justice, consequently direct the Respondents to take appropriate action on the representations submitted by the petitioner dt. 04.10.2021, 14.07.2022 and 18.07.2022 to protect the lands of Gangamma Temple (Village Godess) and "Vagu" a water body in Sy.No. 262 to an extent of Ac. 1.14 cents and in Sy.No. 263 to an extent of Ac. 0.76 cents totaling an extent of Ac. 1.84 cents situate in A Rangampet, Chandragiri Mandal, Tirupati District ;
