		The<br>present Writ Petition is<br>filed
		questioning the impugned proceedings vide
		refusal No.5 of 2022 of Book-II, Registrar Office,
		Nandyal of the $5$ <sup>th</sup> respondent dated 30.03.2022.
		In<br>the<br>impugned proceedings,<br>the
		Sub-Registrar has refused to register the
		documents presented by the petitioners herein
		based on the letter of the Commissioner, Nandyal
		Municipality in Roc.No.1722/2019-G1,
		dated 09.03.2022.
		The learned counsel for the petitioners
		shas submitted that the said proceedings were
		suspended by this Court in W.P.No.12720 of
		2022 by orders dated 29.04.2022 which reads as
		follows:-
		<i>In view of the above said observations, it</i><br>is clear that the Municipal Commissioner has<br>jurisdication<br>directly<br>make<br>to<br>no<br>correspondence with the Sub-Registrar. He<br>can only forward the list to the District<br><i>Collector and in turn the District Collector is</i><br>the competent authority to notify in the<br><i>prohibitory list.</i>

	In view of the observations, made by this<br>Court in W.P.No.41484 of 2017, there shall<br>be<br>interim<br>suspension<br>of<br>the<br>letter<br>in<br>Lr.Roc.No.1722/2019/G1,dated<br>.03.2022.<br>In view of the above said orders,<br>the<br>impugned proceedings dated 30.03.2022 of the<br>5th respondent are suspended.<br>The 5th<br>respondent<br>is directed to register<br>and release the deed of General Power of attorney<br>executed by the petitioner Nos.1 to 3 in favour of<br>4th petitioner.
