Petition under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 of CPC r/w under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to grant temporary injunction, restraining the respondents 1 and 2/ their men from alienating the suit schedule property in any manner whatsoever by creating third party interest, pending disposal of AS No. 215 of 2020 presented to the High Court against the Order of the Court of the X Addl. District Judge, Tirupati, passed in Os. No. 126 of 2013, dated 10-01-2020.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein, and Order of High Court dated 21-07-2020 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P.A. Seshu, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following
