HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.10325 of 2022
ORDER:
Heard Sri M.S.P. Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri Dr. Challa Srinivasa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue representing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and notice to the 5th respondent so far not ordered. However having regard to the nature of the prayer, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Since the petitioner claims that the properties purchased by him were not mutated in spite of his representation dated 21.06.2021 to the 2 nd respondent, this Court considers it apposite to direct the petitioner to file an online application in the proper format.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to file a suitable online application through Mee-Seva portal to the 4th respondent within two (02) weeks from today, seeking mutation of his name in respect of the subject lands. In such a case, the 4th respondent shall consider the same and after giving notice to the petitioner as well as the 5 th respondent and all the concerned and after hearing them, pass an appropriate order in accordance with governing law and rules expeditiously, but not later than eight (08) weeks from the date of submission of the application by the petitioner. No costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
