| She has also fairly submitted that the entire selection | |||
| process conducted by the Andhra University, including for | |||
| the post of Professors, has been subsequently cancelled by | |||
| the Andhra University. | |||
| On a query of the Court as to whether the cancellation | |||
| of<br>selection<br>process<br>has<br>been<br>questioned<br>by<br>the | |||
| appellants, she submits that till now, the same has not | |||
| been questioned by filing any petition in any forum. | |||
| If the selection process has been cancelled, we do not | |||
| see any ground to direct the Andhra University to produce | |||
| the result of the appellants in the present proceedings. | |||
| The prayer made for adjournment by Mr. Syed Khader | |||
| Masthan is not opposed by the learned counsel for the | |||
| appellants. | |||
