		2. Though the matter has been listed under
		the heading 'For Withdrawal' on a letter filed by
		learned<br>counsel<br>for<br>the<br>appellant<br>dated
		26.04.2022 requesting for the same and the
		appellant is also present, but upon interaction,
		the Court finds that in view of the overwhelming
		evidence against the accused, it would not be in
		public interest and it would also not serve the
		ends of justice, if the appeal is allowed to be
		withdrawn.
		3.<br>From<br>the<br>record<br>it<br>transpires<br>that
		respondents<br>no.2<br>to<br>4<br>have<br>been<br>served.
		However, respondent no.5 still remains unserved.
		4. Be that as it may, the matter be posted on
		06.05.2022 at the top of the list when the
		respondents no.2 to 5 shall be present in Court.
		5. The Court has issued the direction for their
		appearance<br>on<br>the<br>stand<br>taken<br>by<br>learned
		counsel<br>for<br>the<br>appellant<br>that<br>he<br>shall<br>be
		informing them and that they shall be present in
		Court. The appellant also agrees to be present on
		06.05.2022.
